[CI] Question about fielding a new team

I work at an educational company called The Princeton Review. Our employees love trivia and competing, and I'm wondering if we might be able to field a team in your league for the fall. Our head office is at Bay and Bloor so your locations are all very convenient.

What is the process for fielding a new team? I specifically interested in what constitutes "a team". We have a full-time staff of 10 and then lots of part-time teachers. Is it OK if our team isn't the same people every time? I think we'd always be able to get people out and we could provide a list of the total pool of people we'd be drawing from. I imagine over time we'd fine that there was some consistency, but I respect that this might or might not be in the spirit of the league.
