At the end of August 2009, I bought myself an inexpensive point-and-shoot digital camera. At 10.2 megapixels, its resolution is more than adequate for my web pages.
I was delighted to discover that the picture quality was good enough for the pictures themselves to be the subject of web pages, rather than an adjunct to other information on the page.
Most of the photos have been processed to some degree using GIMP. Most have been cropped, and many have been brightened and had the contrast increased.
These may not be the greatest photographs in the world, but I feel quite good about them.
Large versions (up to 10 megapixels) of these photographs are available for a fee. Send me an e-mail if you would like to purchase one (or more).
